 Registration procedure:
Please complete the registration form and send it by e-mail (cmh1@ucam.ac.ma) to the Local Organizing Committee of CMH1, and attach to this by e-mail or by Fax (+212 24 43 74 12), the document confirming payment of the Registration Fees.
If you wish to take advantage of the student reduction, you have just to provide a written proof that you are registered in a school or an university.
Registration forms can only be considered if the Local Organizing Committee of CMH1 receives them together with the necessary supporting papers, before 31 December 2006.

 Entitlement:
Full registration entitles delegates to all Congress materials and activities, namely the open ceremony, Social evening, Diner Gala, lunches and coffee breaks during the 5 days of the Congress. Accompanying persons are entitled to the same except the Congress documents.

Registration on the day of the Congress:
Please show your confirmation letter to the registration dest staff. Only registered participants will be allowed to participate to the Congress.
Cancellation:
Canceling before 15 January 2006 will allow refund of 50% of registration fees, bank charges not included. No refunds will be made after 15 January 2007.
