INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF POSTERS
Please note the following information regarding your poster presentation:

bullet

The dimensions of the poster panels are: 120 cm wide x 140 cm. long. Thumbtacks are available for hanging the posters. Suggested dimensions for your poster are 100 cm wide x 120 cm long.

bullet

Title and authors must be the same as stated on the submitted abstract.

bullet

Text, illustrations, etc…, should be large enough to be read from a distance of two meters.

bullet

Results should be presented as graphs or tables.

bullet

Provide a key to explain symbols or other details.

bullet

The conclusions should be concise.

Given, the large number of contributions received, each poster presentation will be on display only for the half-day in which the specific session is scheduled. Please refer to the Final Program available in the Congress web site for the session time and the assigned number of the poster.
In the presentation day, the time for setting up the posters is between 8.30 and 9.30 a.m.  or 2.30 and 3.30 p.m.) Please note that they must be dismounted not later than 12.30 p.m. for the morning sessions and 6.30 p.m. in the case of the afternoon sessions.

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL PRESENTATION

All the presentations will have the same format, namely 15 minutes. The chairpersons are recommended to keep the schedules sharp in order to facilitate the transferring of the attendants from one room to the other in between talks.
The material for presentation (CD-ROM or USB-key) must be delivered by the speakers at least 6 hours before the afternoon session or the day before (not later than 5 p.m.) in the case of the morning sessions.
PowerPoint projections will be available in all the conference rooms. If using projection of slides or transparencies, please advise us by e-mail no later than November 10th, 2005.
