Accommodation General Conditions
Participants will be housed in three-star and four-star hotels most of which are located within a walking distance from the Convention center. A bus service will be available from the hotels for all conference participants to join the conference site (University Cadi Ayyad, Faculty of Sciences Semlalia, Avenue le Prince Moulay Abdellah, Marrakech).
Accommodation requests will be processed first come - first served basis. Beyond October 30th, the accommodation department will request but cannot guarantee prices mentioned on the form.
Prices indicated bellow are after a through negotiation and are in DHS per night and per room .They include breakfast and dinner for the four star (DP) hotels , and only breakfast for the three star (BB) one. All the reservations should be made to a_ouladsaid@hotmail.com.
The confirmation of the accommodation must be before 30th October 2005, and the payment should be sent directly to the accommodation service of the chosen hotel or sent to the congress bank account:
