The enrollment of at least
one of the authors is essential in order to accept and publish the paper in the
proceedings of the Congress. The least one paper author must attend the
conference if the submission is approved.
If the paper is
accepted, then the authors must be sending the full paper. Authors may submit
their proposal either by mail or by e-mail at the congress secretariat.
Submission by e-mail is strongly recommended. Only if submission by e-mail isn’t
possible, send us the papers by ordinary mail. In this case two hardcopies are
required.
